今天介紹：Miranda rights (米蘭達宣言)
Miranda rights 就是在審訊之前，警察必須明確告訴被訊問者：
（1）你有權保持沉默；
You have the right to remain silent.
（2）如果你有所回答，那麼你所說的一切都可能作為對你不利的證據；
If you do say anything, it can be used against you in a court of law.
（3）你有權在審訊時要求律師在場；
You have the right to have a lawyer present during any questioning.
（4）如果你沒有錢請律師，(法庭)可以為你安排律師。
If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you if you so desire.
